Payment for the provided accommodation and cancellation terms
I. For accommodation and provided services, the client is obliged to pay the price in accordance with the valid price list of Marina Liptov (hereinafter referred to as "the resort"), but at the latest on the day of commencement of stay based on the presentation of the account or the invoice together with the statement of advances provided by the client .
II. The resort reserves the right to require from the client an advance payment of 100% of the price of the accommodation. The reservation becomes binding for the resort only after payment of the advance payment to the ministry's account.
III. In the case of shortening the client's stay, the department has the right to charge the client the full amount of the agreed price for the entire duration of the stay.
IV. The resort is entitled to charge the following cancellation fees in case the client cancels his / her reservation in writing, by e-mail or by phone, within the following time limits:
• more than 14 days prior to check-in, free of charge
• 13 - 6 days before arrival, 50% of the price of accommodation
• 0-5 days before arrival, 100% of the price of accommodation
